Every user gets ONE 30-day free trial total - not one per plan type. Here's how it works:

Your top plays can be featured in the Media Hub through our automatic curation system:

• Submit Top Plays: Upload your best moments through your league's Top Plays section

Yes, Twitch verification is required to have your streams featured in the Media Hub. This ensures authentic streamers and prevents impersonation:

There are several ways to discover and join leagues on Dynasty Hub:

• Direct Invitations: Commissioners can send you direct invites via inbox or external platforms

Joining Process:

• Public Leagues: Click "Join" and you're in immediately - no approval needed (everyone goes through onboarding)
• Private Leagues: Click "Apply" to submit an application and/or enter the league password if required (everyone goes through onboarding)

Public Leagues:

• Anyone can join directly without approval
• Open to all users - no applications or passwords required
• Visible to everyone on the Leagues page

Private Leagues:

• Require applications and/or passwords to join
• Commissioners review applications before approving members
• Perfect for exclusive or curated communities

Important: Both public and private leagues are visible to everyone on the Leagues page - the difference is in how you join them, not their visibility.

What happens if I exceed my limit?

• You'll be automatically removed from excess leagues (keeping your most recent ones)

Feature Disabled:

• Commissioners can enable/disable specific tabs for their leagues
• Not all leagues use every available feature

Membership Required:

• Private leagues require membership to view most content
• Apply to join the league or request an invitation
• Some features are member-only even in public leagues

Permission Levels:

• Commissioner Settings tab is only visible to league commissioners
• Some features require specific roles or permissions
• Your role determines what you can view and interact with

File upload issues are usually related to size limits or file formats:

Check File Size Limits:

• Free Users: 10MB maximum
• Premium Members: 100MB maximum
• Commissioners: 100MB maximum

Supported File Types:

• Videos: MP4, MOV, AVI (recommended: MP4)
• Images: JPG, PNG, GIF

Security is our top priority:

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to your Profile page - Click your username/profile picture in the top navigation
2. Find the Billing Management section - This appears for Premium members and Commissioners
3. Click "Manage Billing" - This opens the Stripe Customer Portal
4. Cancel your subscription - In the portal, you can cancel, change payment methods, or update billing info
5. Confirmation - You'll receive email confirmation and your subscription status will update automatically

What happens after cancellation:

Important: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, so you can continue using all features until then. Changes only take effect when your billing period ends.

For Commissioners: When your commissioner subscription ends:

• Co-commissioners automatically take over - If you assigned a co-commissioner, they become the new league owner and can continue managing normally
• Leagues without co-commissioners are paused - Commissioner tools are disabled but all data is preserved
• Members can still view everything - League content remains accessible to all members
• No data is ever deleted - Your leagues, members, games, and history are completely safe
• Easy reactivation - Simply resubscribe to instantly regain full commissioner access
• Downgrade to premium member - If you downgrade to a premium member subscription instead of canceling completely, you keep all premium member benefits (up to 10 leagues) but lose commissioner management tools for the leagues you created
• Complete cancellation - When you cancel your commissioner subscription completely, you're downgraded to a free member (1 league limit) and will be automatically removed from excess leagues, keeping only your most recent league

For Premium Members: When your premium subscription ends:

• League limit enforced - You'll be automatically removed from excess leagues, keeping only your most recent league
• Graceful transition - You'll receive notifications about which leagues you were removed from
• Easy rejoining - Resubscribe to Premium to rejoin multiple leagues again
